HOW TO ORDER

After selecting the products, click on "GO TO CART" (top left) to complete your order. In this section, you can modify your order, add products, cancel, or change quantities. Once you have verified your order details and selected the delivery area from the dropdown, click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT."
If you are already registered, enter your email and password and click "LOGIN." Otherwise, click "NOT REGISTERED? REGISTER!", fill in your details, and click "PROCEED."
Registration allows you to avoid re-entering your details for future orders and to access the "SHOP USER AREA" to track your orders.
Contract Conclusion: The sales contract is considered concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email (pursuant to Article 54 of the Italian Consumer Code). Before confirmation, you can modify or cancel your order at any time.

PAYMENT

Payment is by credit card. All transactions are processed through NEXI's secure platform (SSL connection). Transaction security is guaranteed by XPay, NEXI's online payment system.
Payment is charged immediately. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your order details.

SHIPPING METHOD

Shipping is handled by SDA Express Courier.Shipping is carried out via SDA Express Courier (Poste Italiane).

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the products ordered.

SHIPPING TIMES

Preparation of your package takes approximately 10 business days. You can track your shipment on SDA Express Courier's website using the tracking code available in your "SHOP USER AREA"
If a product is unavailable, you will be informed by email to arrange a refund or select alternative items.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a written notice to shop@tazionuvolari.it or call +39 0376 894391. Products must be returned intact, with original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items, excluding shipping costs, via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details for the refund.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Do not accept packages visibly damaged during delivery. If you receive defective or damaged products, contact us immediately by email, including photos. We will replace or refund the items in accordance with Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Complaints can be sent to shop@tazionuvolari.it or by post to Museo Tazio Nuvolari, quoting your order number. We will respond within 30 days.
For unresolved disputes, consumers may access Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

JURISDICTION

For any disputes regarding the interpretation or execution of the contract, the competent court is that of the consumer's residence, pursuant to Article 66 of the Italian Consumer Code.
